Bungalow Facelift
As can be seen here, a tired-looking property is never incapable of salvation.

The tarmac drive was crumbling apart, dipping where vehicles had stood and was long overdue a renovation, hence our brick-paving skills were called upon by our customer.

The old, distorted PVC doors were also ditched in favour of much more secure and stylish composite doors, adding a degree of sophistication to the bungalow.

The original, singular step to the front door was far too low and created a trip hazard for any elderly person wishing to enter the property. Hence, we constructed a brand-new double step with a far greater tread space than had previously been the case. The height of the step now meets the base of the door and is constructed in a different shade brick pave so as to highlight the steps from the rest of the paved area.

Also note the replacement of the dated and rotting wooden fascia boards in favour of the far more contemporary and durable uPVC equivalent, rounded off with brand new guttering.
Kitchen Refurbishment
This kitchen was long overdue an overhaul, which is exactly what it got when we descended upon it. The dated and deteriorating cupboards were removed and replaced by joiners whilst we knocked back the antiquated tiles and replaced them with a much more sophisticated, black, bevel-edged effort. The end result is a far more impressive environment to welcome guests into and considerably more homely than what went before.
