EXTENSIONS
Open Plan Kitchen & Living Room Extension
The above property was in serious need of renovation. Fortunately, we removed all the dated features and extended the rear of the property to now feature an enlarged open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

It also comes complete with a sizeable skylight, bringing plenty of free light and heat into the room.

Two-Storey Kitchen, Utility & Bedroom Extension
This house was not unleashing it's full potential. It's extension, as built by us, makes it fit for the 21st century and boasts an extended kitchen, a downstairs toilet, a utility room, an office and a brand new bedroom.

Other renovations have also taken place; note brand-new composite front door.

Conservatory Modernisation
This dated, chilly conservatory served no comforting purpose to the occupants of this property. Hence, we were called-in to remove the old structure and construct a much more efficient and comfortable sitting area.

Also note the removal of the chimney to the main roof of the property - just a small hint at one of the many interior renovations as carried out by us.

Utility Room Extension
Yet another example of a property not realising it's potential. The bungalow seen here previously hosted an inadequate pair of sheds for our customer's garden appliances.

The new extension acts as a well-equipped storage area for our customer's needs and possesses future potential to be knocked-through and utilised as an extra bedroom, should any future resident wish to do so.
Owing to the fact that the bungalow was built in the 1980's, sourcing a stone to match the original structure proved to be quite a task. Thanks to our excellent contacts and friends in the trade, however, we were able to source a perfect match and one would never tell the extension was not part of the original structure.

Living Room Extension
This small extension has transformed a once-cramped living and dining space. The re-invigorated interior now allows the occupants of this property more freedom and flexibility, especially when hosting their friends and grandchildren.

The old, unsafe concrete patio area has also been taken up. Trip hazards have been removed and the whole area has been re-laid in reclaimed sandstone slabs. The area is now ready for many family gatherings.
