EXTENSIONS
Open Plan Kitchen & Living Room Extension
The Challenge: A property with a dated layout and dark, cramped living spaces.
The Solution: We stripped back the old features and extended the footprint to create a seamless living area designed for modern family life.
Highlight: To maximise energy efficiency and ambiance, we installed a large-scale skylight, significantly increasing natural light and creating an airy, bright atmosphere.

Two-Storey Kitchen, Utility & Bedroom Extension
The Challenge: Maximising Underutilised Space Before our intervention, this property’s footprint didn't match the needs of a modern family. The layout was restrictive, leaving the home's true potential untapped.
The Solution: A Comprehensive Multi-Room Extension. We designed and built a substantial extension that brings this home firmly into the 21st century. By intelligently expanding the floor plan, we added these new essential living zones:
-
Gourmet Kitchen Extension: The new heart of the home.
-
Dedicated Home Office: Perfect for remote work.
-
Functional Utility & Cloakroom: Including a new downstairs WC.
-
Additional Bedroom: Increasing the property’s long-term value.
The Finishing Touch: To complete the modern aesthetic, we performed a full exterior refresh, including the installation of a high-security composite front door for enhanced curb appeal and insulation.

Conservatory Modernisation
This dated, chilly conservatory served no comforting purpose to the occupants of this property. Hence, we were called-in to remove the old structure and construct a much more efficient and comfortable sitting area.
Also note the removal of the chimney to the main roof of the property - just a small hint at one of the many interior renovations as carried out by us.

Utility Room Extension
Yet another example of a property not realising it's potential. The bungalow seen here previously hosted an inadequate pair of sheds for our customer's garden appliances.
The new extension acts as a well-equipped storage area for our customer's needs and possesses future potential to be knocked-through and utilised as an extra bedroom, should any future resident wish to do so.
Owing to the fact that the bungalow was built in the 1980's, sourcing a stone to match the original structure proved to be quite a task. Thanks to our excellent contacts and friends in the trade, however, we were able to source a perfect match and one would never tell the extension was not part of the original structure.

Living Room Extension
This small extension has transformed a once-cramped living and dining space. The re-invigorated interior now allows the occupants of this property more freedom and flexibility, especially when hosting their friends and grandchildren.
The old, unsafe concrete patio area has also been taken up. Trip hazards have been removed and the whole area has been re-laid in reclaimed sandstone slabs. The area is now ready for many family gatherings.
